1. Not able to login with the User ID - Password
- Please select the "Forgot Password" option to get a system-generated password on your registered email id & re-login with the same.

2. I forgot my user Id / Hint Answer / Password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgot Password" option to get a system-generated password on your registered email id & re-login with the same.

3. Registration is under process / Profile is awaiting approval
- You have registered on
therefore your ACH test is still under process. For more details, please go to the FAQs section available on the site.
- Your registration/profile will be approved soon and you will be getting an intimation email on your registered email id.

4. I have entered incorrect debit-credit amounts during ACH confirmation test
- Please raise a ticket and request for ACH Confirmation Test .Before taking up ACH Confirmation Test,.Please check your US bank A/c for debit-credit amounts (less than 1$) and enter the same during the test.

5. Please unlock my A/c as I am getting an error message “Account has been locked"
- Your account has been locked due to Incorrect User ID and Password combination. Please select the "Forgot Password" option to get a system-generated password on your registered email id & re-login with the same.
