When I click the Login link in the Home Page, OnlineSBI displays the message "Page cannot be displayed" What should I do?

This error occurs when your browser version is Internet Explorer 5.0 or below. To access OnlineSBI the minimum requirements are Internet Explorer 5.5 and above or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and above. To upgrade your browser:

When I attempt to connect to OnlineSBI using www.onlinesbi.com I get the message "The operation timed out?" What should I do?

This error occurs when your browser version is Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or below. The minimum requirements to access OnlineSBI are Internet Explorer 5.5 and above or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and above. To upgrade your browser:

I have Windows 98 with Internet Explorer 6.0 installed in my computer. I still get the "Page cannot be displayed" error when I try to access OnlineSBI. What should I do?

This error occurs when your browser is not Java enabled. You need to enable the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) in your browser

To enable the JVM in Internet Explorer:

1. Click the [Tools]=>[Internet Options] menu in your Internet Explorer window. An Internet Options dialog box is displayed
2. Click the [Advanced] tab in the dialog box. A Settings group box displays a list of current browser settings
3. Scroll through the list to view the Microsoft VM settings

Note: Some systems may have JAVA (SUN) option instead of Microsoft VM

4. In the options list displayed under the Microsoft VM settings, select the JIT Compiler for virtual machine enabled option

Note: If your system has JAVA (SUN) settings, select the USE JRE 1.(X) option

5. Click [Apply]
6. Click [OK]
7. Restart your computer to apply the new settings

If you cannot view the Microsoft VM or JAVA(SUN)]settings in the [Advanced] tab of the Internet Options dialog box, then you need to:

• Download Microsoft VM] from www.microsoft.com/java
• Reinstall Internet Explorer with Microsoft VM.
