SBI Quick – MISSED CALL BANKING is a new service from State Bank of India which involves Banking by giving a Missed Call or sending an SMS with pre-defined keywords to pre-defined mobile numbers.

This service can only be activated for the mobile number that is registered for a particular account with the Bank.

  • This feature dials to 9223866666 to let you know the Mini Statement for your registered account
ATM Card Blocking

This feature lets the user to type last 4 digit of their lost atm card, and a message is triggered when we continue to Block the atm. A SMS is triggered to 567676 to block your lost card

This feature triggers a message to 9223588888 and then the SBI Consultants will call you and let you know the features available for CAR Loan features

Home Loan Features

1. What If you have two account numbers with the Bank with the same mobile number mentioned on both?

You can register for SBI Quick for only one account at any point of time. If you want to change the mapped account number, you have to de-register SBI Quick from the first account and then register for the second one.

2. Is it mandatory that the mobile number to be used for SBI Quick has to be registered with the Bank for that particular account?

Yes. If not done, visit your Home Branch and update your mobile number for that account.

3. Is it available for all types of Accounts?

SBI Quick is available for SB/CA/OD/CC accounts.

4. How is this facility different from State Bank Anywhere or State Bank Freedom ?

There are 2 distinct differences:

1. You don’t need a Login ID, Password to use this facility. Just one time registration from the mobile number recorded with Bank for that particular Account.

2. SBI Quick does not provide any financial transactional services. Unlike State Bank Anywhere or State Bank Freedom there are no transaction services available.

5. Is there any limit of the number of enquiries that can be made in a day/month?

As of now there is no such restriction. Unlimited.

I have a Dual SIM phone. Whenever, I try to login to State Bank Anywhere, I get an error “Unable to connect... Please check your device network connectivity...”
  • Kindly ensure you have working network connectivity in either of the dual SIMs
  • Ensure that your primary SIM (1st SIM) is enabled for network connectivity (2G or 3G). In case, it is not, kindly swap the SIMs and try logging into the application
Application gives an error “Invalid Username and Password”
  • Ensure you have an active SBI retail Internet banking username/User ID and password
  • The application is currently available for State Bank of India retail internet banking customers only
  • While Typing username and password, kindly do not use “auto-fill” or “auto-show” option. Type them manually
  • First time SBI retail internet banking users are required to login into www.onlinesbi.com for the first time and create their Profile there. Once, profile is created, they would be able to login into State Bank Anywhere, thereafter
Application Unable to download. Error - 491
  • Kindly Go to Settings on your phone >> Accounts
  • Delete the Google Account
  • Restart your device
  • Add the Google Account back

After successful completion of the above, launch the application again and login
