We are a Corporate Customer of erstwhile SBT (SBH, SBM, SBP, SBBJ etc.). We understand that SBT (SBH, SBM, SBP, SBBJ etc.) is being merged with SBI. How do we use our Corporate Internet Banking facility after merger? How do we log in?

You are requested to log into OnlineSBI (www.onlinesbi.com) with the same credentials that you were using for your previous bank.

We are having a Corporate Account with erstwhile SBT (SBM, SBH etc.). So as a Regulator role in the Corporate, will this merger bring any change in my activities as creating profiles, setting limits, managing users etc.

There will not be any changes and all of your Regulator related activities will work the same way.

We are Corporate Customer of erstwhile SBT (SBM, SBH etc.). As a Regulator, I have created some users. The Mobile Number approval form and PP Kit request form shows branding of SBI and also I am being prompted to visit my home branch for submission of the form. Can the home branch of the account approve it?

Please submit all your forms to your respective home branch (of erstwhile erstwhile SBT etc.) for further processing. Because of merger of Associate Banks the branding in the form is changed to SBI.

As a Regulator, will I be able to get the same Reports in the same format post merger?

Yes, however the branding of the Reports will be of State Bank of India.

We are SBI corporate. What will be the status of our transactions or scheduled transactions to erstwhile SBT beneficiary post merger?

Transactions which are to erstwhile SBT beneficiary and are partially authorized or unauthorized transactions may be subjected to auto cancellation on 21st April 2017 EOD. Fully authorized transactions will be processed as scheduled by you.

We are erstwhile SBT corporate. What will be the status of our transactions or scheduled transactions to SBI beneficiary post merger?

Transactions which are to SBI beneficiary and are partially authorized or unauthorized transactions may be subjected to auto cancellation on 21st April 2017 EOD. Fully authorized transactions will be processed as scheduled by you.

7.

We are erstwhile SBT corporate. We have some Government & Merchant scheduled transactions. What will be their status post merger

Any such transaction that is not authorized may be autocancelled and you would need to initiate it once again.

8.

We are unable to see GRPT option when we are trying to add a Interbank beneficiary. How we can add State Bank Group beneficiaries?

GRPT option has been discontinued with merger hence you would need to add any Interbank beneficiary under NEFT / RTGS options till further notice from SBI.

9.

We are erstwhile SBT corporate and wants to add SBI account as beneficiary. How to add SBI account as beneficiary?

As erstwhile SBT has been merged with SBI, please add the account as Intra Bank (same bank) beneficiary.

We are SBI corporate and wants to add a erstwhile SBT account as beneficiary. How to add the account as beneficiary?

As erstwhile SBT has been merged with SBI, please add the account as Intra Bank (same bank) beneficiary.

On 21st April we have made an OLTAS related transaction by 8:15 PM and it's not concluded

All OLTAS or CBEC transactions not authorized upto 8:00 PM on that day might be auto cancelled. Please refer to the message sent to you under Secure Mail Box.

12.

We were making payment to some institute through SB Collect where we select SBT Online mode. How we may proceed now?

Please select SBI instead of SBT option provided under SB Collect Link available in the home page of OnlineSBI.

13.

We are SB Collect Corporate (Institution) having accounts with both erstwhile SBT & SBI. How, our Customers will identify us while initiating any transaction

Your Corporate name will be appended with appropriate bank's name like SBI or e-SBT in the SB Collect. So your Customers will be able to identify you while making payment

14.

We are SBT corporate customers. We have registered the Prepaid Cards in SBTOnline. Can these cards be topped up 22nd April 2017 onwards?

Same cards will work and can also be topped up online.

15.

We are a Corporate under SBI. Can we request for the Demand Drafts (DD) to be issued on any branch of erstwhile SBT or vice versa.

Yes.

16.

We were using the Supplier Payment module to make payments to our Suppliers in SBTonline. Will there be any chage in the process after SBI merger

No. The merger will not bring any change in the way you are using Supplier module

17.

We have created a new Rule. Will it be approved by the same branch that was doing it earlier

Yes. It will be approved by the same branch that was approving earlier.

18.

We are SBT corporate. Will there be any change in the Tax Payment we are doing till now using SBTonline?

After completing the formalities in the tax site, when you are asked to select the Bank for online payment, please select SBI.

19.

We are SBM/SBH/SBBJ/SBP corporate. Will there be any change in online Tax Payment?

After completing the formalities in the tax site, when you are asked to select the Bank for online payment, please select online portal of respective erstwhile Associate Bank.

We use SFTP for file upload. Will there be any change in the process after merger
